- Knowledge of Internet and Security tech: SWG, Sandboxing, Firewalls, DLP, VPNs. \n
- Strong ability to read and analyze packet captures. \n
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. \n
- Experience providing front-line phone and email consultation. \n
