🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years troubleshooting SSL, HTTP, and TCP/IP.

  • Familiar with MPLS, SD-WAN, WAN optimization.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of Internet and Security tech: SWG, Sandboxing, Firewalls, DLP, VPNs.
  • \n
  • Strong ability to read and analyze packet captures.
  • \n
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • \n
  • Experience providing front-line phone and email consultation.
  • \n
