  • Slack/live chat/email support experience.
  • Real-time troubleshooting incl. video conferencing and remote access.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Self-starter in a rapidly changing SaaS startup.
  • Preferred: API troubleshooting; Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft.
