Manage and update SLAM-based maps to optimize robot navigation.
Configure site-specific parameters for customer sites (aisle widths, flooring).
Track, analyze, and report trends in support requests, bugs, and failures.
Manage tier 2 support tickets, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and teams.
Develop and maintain documentation, FAQs, and internal troubleshooting guides.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS, Robotics, or related field, or equivalent exp.
3+ years hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting.
Strong ROS, Python and/or C++, and Linux environments.
Ability to communicate technical information verbally and in writing.
Able to balance multiple tasks and respond to emergencies.
Excellent English communication with internal/external stakeholders.
