🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years troubleshooting SSL, HTTP, and TCP/IP
- Familiarity with MPLS, SD-WAN, WAN optimization
- Knowledge of Internet and Security tech incl SWG, Sandboxing, Firewalls, DLP, VPNs
- Strong ability to read and analyze packet captures
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience
