📋 Description

  • Provide frontline phone and email support to debug complex security issues
  • Collaborate with Engineering to test/troubleshoot and provide product feedback
  • Document incident resolutions for the knowledge base
  • Mentor teammates on advanced troubleshooting and trainings
  • Analyze customer use-cases to influence product direction

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years troubleshooting SSL, HTTP, and TCP/IP
  • Familiarity with MPLS, SD-WAN, WAN optimization
  • Knowledge of Internet and Security tech incl SWG, Sandboxing, Firewalls, DLP, VPNs
  • Strong ability to read and analyze packet captures
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience
