📋 Description

  • Provide second-line phone/email support to debug complex security and network problems.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to test, troubleshoot, and reproduce issues.
  • Provide feedback to Engineering and Operations to drive improvements.
  • Create knowledge base entries documenting incident resolutions.
  • Contribute to product changes by understanding customer use-cases and direction.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 4-8 years of experience in a support org handling P0/P1 cases
  • Azure and AWS networking knowledge incl. VPCs, VNets, and hybrid connectivity
  • Security: NSGs/NACLs, traffic mgmt ( ELB/GWLB ), and Terraform
  • Strong communication bridging technical teams and executives
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) networking and Zero Trust concepts (ZIA/ZPA) exposure
