🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4-8 years of experience in a support org handling P0/P1 cases
- Azure and AWS networking knowledge incl. VPCs, VNets, and hybrid connectivity
- Security: NSGs/NACLs, traffic mgmt ( ELB/GWLB ), and Terraform
- Strong communication bridging technical teams and executives
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) networking and Zero Trust concepts (ZIA/ZPA) exposure
