📋 Description

  • Own the execution of software version upgrades and new releases.
  • Manage and update SLAM-based maps to optimize robot navigation.
  • Configure site-specific parameters to optimize robot performance at customer sites.
  • Track and report trends in support requests, bugs, and failures to drive improvements.
  • Manage Tier 2 support tickets, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, FAQs, and internal troubleshooting guides.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in CS, Robotics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong understanding of ROS, Python and/or C++, and Linux.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly, verbally and in writing.
  • Experience balancing multiple tasks and responding to emergencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication with stakeholders at all levels.
