  • Provide 1st-3rd line engineering support for NYC Public Safety Logging/Recording Solution.
  • Provision, deploy, patch, and upgrade NRX/NIR Logging Solutions (Inform, TT911, IP).
  • Collaborate with deployment teams to rollout software packages and upgrades.
  • Define maintenance schedules and health monitoring for reliability.
  • Create, modify, and run DB queries to support troubleshooting.
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical issues.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science/Technology or related field preferred.
  • Technical customer support experience in public safety or mission-critical env.
  • Windows Server 2012-2019 and client tech including web apps/services.
  • VMware v7/v9 suites (ESXi, vSCA, HA).
  • Hyper-V and Active Directory administration.
  • PowerShell scripting and web app/config management.
