  • Hybrid Madrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day WFH; troubleshoot end-user issues.
  • Verify and document issues and bugs for tracking/escalation.
  • Manage incidents with stakeholders and dev teams.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineering to establish support workflows and monitoring.
  • Rotate shifts to cover support across time zones.
  • Perform out-of-hours on-call for high-severity incidents.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience providing Level 2 (L2) support in a tech-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Software development experience, particularly with Python.
  • English proficiency required.
  • Familiarity with AWS and/or Google Cloud, and Linux admin is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Administration, Agile methodologies, Continuous Integration, PostgreSQL, and Observability.
