π― Requirements
- Experience providing Level 2 (L2) support in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Software development experience, particularly with Python.
- English proficiency required.
- Familiarity with AWS and/or Google Cloud, and Linux admin is a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Administration, Agile methodologies, Continuous Integration, PostgreSQL, and Observability.
