  • Strong networking concepts: routing, switching, VLANs, and BGP.
  • CCNA or JNCIA (or equivalent) desirable with incident resolution.
  • Experience with fibre optic networks and fault domains.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; clear customer updates.
  • Able to work autonomously in a semi-remote, globally dispersed team.
