- 5-7 years of relevant tech support experience.
- Proven experience as Technical Support Engineer or similar.
- Strong scripting skills: JavaScript/Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with APIs/REST, HTTP, Postman or curl, Webhooks.
- Networking basics: VoIP, SIP, WebRTC, TCP/UDP, TLS/SSL.
- English fluency and on-call/shift availability.
