  • 5-7 years of relevant tech support experience.
  • Proven experience as Technical Support Engineer or similar.
  • Strong scripting skills: JavaScript/Node.js, Python, or Java.
  • Experience with APIs/REST, HTTP, Postman or curl, Webhooks.
  • Networking basics: VoIP, SIP, WebRTC, TCP/UDP, TLS/SSL.
  • English fluency and on-call/shift availability.
