📋 Description

  • Support customers using the Twilio platform; be the voice of Twilio.
  • Resolve complex requests via phone, email, chat, or side channels.
  • Serve as subject-matter expert for Twilio APIs and SDKs.
  • Document every customer interaction and troubleshooting steps.
  • Leverage Twilio AI tools and macros to assist communication.
  • Travel ~15% for in-person customer engagements.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in Technical Support or similar roles.
  • Strong programming/scripting skills in JavaScript (Node.js), Python, or Java.
  • API/enterprise software experience: REST APIs, HTTP, Postman, curl, Webhooks.
  • Solid networking and real-time comms knowledge: VoIP, SIP, WebRTC, TCP/UDP, TLS/SSL.
  • English fluency; on-call rotation including weekends/holidays.
