🎯 Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Proven experience in Technical Support or similar roles.
- Strong programming/scripting skills in JavaScript (Node.js), Python, or Java.
- API/enterprise software experience: REST APIs, HTTP, Postman, curl, Webhooks.
- Solid networking and real-time comms knowledge: VoIP, SIP, WebRTC, TCP/UDP, TLS/SSL.
- English fluency; on-call rotation including weekends/holidays.
