🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of multi-channel technical support at a SaaS company.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Engineering background with troubleshooting or programming experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Able to work a rotating schedule that includes weekends.
  • Some programming experience and basic Linux knowledge.
