π― Requirements
- 2+ years of multi-channel technical support at a SaaS company.
- Experience with Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Engineering background with troubleshooting or programming experience.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Able to work a rotating schedule that includes weekends.
- Some programming experience and basic Linux knowledge.
