🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of multi-channel SaaS technical support experience.
  • Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Linux.
  • System administration and programming experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Client-centric, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Tinkerer with programming basics and Linux knowledge.
  • Able to work a rotating schedule including weekends.
