🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of Technical Support or similar experience.
  • Full-Stack JavaScript with server-side Node.js and client-side skills.
  • APIs, HTTP, and RESTful services knowledge.
  • Basic SQL querying.
  • SIP/VoIP/IP telephony troubleshooting experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
