- RESTful APIs and cloud solutions experience
- SSL/TLS, SMTP; POP3/IMAP bonus
- TCP/UDP networking troubleshooting; SSL/TLS basics
- Strong written and verbal communication; explain tech to non-tech
- Tenet client-server protocol would be a huge plus
