  • Support customers using the Twilio platform to ensure best experience
  • Act as Twilio's voice to customers and SMEs for APIs/SDKs
  • Based in India; shift-based role with potential weekend work
  • Assist customers' developers and partners to resolve complex issues
  • Collaborate with Product/Engineering via Slack and JIRA
  • Review internal KB and external resources to stay current

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years experience with email infrastructure (MUA/MTA)
  • RESTful APIs and cloud solutions experience
  • SSL/TLS, SMTP; POP3/IMAP bonus
  • TCP/UDP networking troubleshooting; SSL/TLS basics
  • Strong written and verbal communication; explain tech to non-tech
  • Tenet client-server protocol would be a huge plus
