๐ฏ Requirements
- 2+ years of Technical Support Experience
- Full-Stack JavaScript support; troubleshoot server-side (Node.js) and client-side (JavaScript)
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
- Basic SQL knowledge and query writing
- Good understanding of APIs, HTTP and RESTful services
- Experience with SIP, VoIP and IP telephony; strong communication
