Communicate with end users and stakeholders to explain issues, impact, and solutions
Perform in-depth technical analysis for production incidents, including RCA
Publish knowledge articles and maintain SOPs
Debug and troubleshoot break-fix issues to full resolution
Respond to and resolve issues within SLAs
Collaborate with Engineering and DevSecOps to support IAM/CPAM offerings

🎯 Requirements

IAM domain expertise
Hands-on IAM tool deployment (Saviynt, SailPoint, OIM, IBM ISIM)
REST/SOAP web services experience with Postman
SQL and database operations
Scripting experience (Shell, JavaScript, Python, Groovy)
Linux/Unix/Windows familiarity
