  • Contribute to product conversations based on client feedback.
  • Train as a knowledgeable specialist in one or more Datadog product areas.
  • Work from a Datadog office 3 days per week.

  • 2+ years in multi-channel SaaS technical support.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Jira, Confluence.
  • Engineer with troubleshooting and some programming experience.
  • Fluency in Japanese (spoken & written) at business/native level.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Able to work rotating schedule including weekends.
