- 6β7+ years in technical support within the modern data stack.
- Troubleshoot APIs, connectors, auth, and integrations to reduce engineering dependency.
- Kubernetes, container networking, and ArgoCD for deployment/debug.
- Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Advanced SQL for performance analysis and data troubleshooting.
- Java and API debugging, frontend troubleshooting, and Linux diagnostics.
- Read and interpret complex codebases; provide insights to Engineering.
