  • Be the technical backbone of our Support team for data stack issues.
  • Reduce Engineering dependency via deep debugging and RCAs.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to resolve escalations.
  • Build reusable documentation, playbooks, and automation to scale support quality.
  • Champion the customer experience with speed, clarity, and empathy.
  • Continuously learn across tools like Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and Fivetran.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6–7+ years in technical support within the modern data stack.
  • Troubleshoot APIs, connectors, auth, and integrations to reduce engineering dependency.
  • Kubernetes, container networking, and ArgoCD for deployment/debug.
  • Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Advanced SQL for performance analysis and data troubleshooting.
  • Java and API debugging, frontend troubleshooting, and Linux diagnostics.
  • Read and interpret complex codebases; provide insights to Engineering.
