  • Be the primary responder in G2 support channels and troubleshoot issues.
  • Design and facilitate office hours and other troubleshooting sessions.
  • Triage complex issues to Product or escalate to super users.
  • Track common technical issues and feed insights to Product.
  • Build and maintain technical documentation (how-tos, guides, release notes).
  • Design learning programs that shift AI mindset to core work.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of program management, ideally with a technical background.
  • 2+ years with automation tools, workflow builders, APIs.
  • Can build, debug, and troubleshoot AI workflows.
  • Experience with MCP integrations (Slack, Gmail, Sheets, Airtable).
  • Understanding of LLM and AI tool capabilities.
  • Experience designing enablement content and learning programs.
