  • Provide 1st and 2nd tier escalation support for Innovid solutions/products
  • Liaise between Client Services/Sales and R&D on product defects and escalations
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies
  • Script custom data reports
  • Investigate undocumented issues and document troubleshooting procedures
  • Collaborate with Product, R&D, Client Services, Sales and publishers to resolve issues

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in a technical client-facing role
  • 1+ years experience in SQL
  • Familiarity with HTML5 (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
  • Experience with web debugging and network traffic troubleshooting tools (Charles, Fiddler, Chrome DevTools)
  • Experience with PostgreSQL
  • Advanced English skills both written and spoken
