- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or related field.
- Basic proficiency in Networking, VoIP/SIP, and SMS/MMS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented, able to multitask.
