- 8+ years in customer success/relationship/delivery leadership.
- 3+ years in software industry, preferably SaaS.
- Able to liaise with customers and regional leadership.
- Able to present technical presentations.
- Flexible hours to support a global presence.
- Hands-on Linux experience.
- CLI hands-on experience.
- REST API experience is a plus; Docker/Kubernetes experience is nice to have.
