  • Focus on customer interactions, lifetime value, and NPS/CSAT.
  • Help customers adopt and rollout the JFrog Platform.
  • Support Sales by aligning on strategy, renewals, and upsells.
  • Plan and deliver projects with customers per agreed timelines.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineering and Professional Services to complete projects.
  • Monitor customer health and act as Platform Health Expert.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8+ years in customer success/relationship/delivery leadership.
  • 3+ years in software industry, preferably SaaS.
  • Able to liaise with customers and regional leadership.
  • Able to present technical presentations.
  • Flexible hours to support a global presence.
  • Hands-on Linux experience.
  • CLI hands-on experience.
  • REST API experience is a plus; Docker/Kubernetes experience is nice to have.
