  • Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Translate high-level business objectives into tactical technical initiatives.
  • Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical people.
  • Obsessed with delivering best-in-class customer experience.
