  • Own the customer journey to drive happiness and value with JFrog.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Solution Engineering, Training, and customers to build a Success Plan with metrics.
  • Use SFDC/JIRA and analyze ROI for customers.
  • Keep deep product knowledge to guide adoption and improve Adoption Score.
  • Facilitate cross-team communication; liaison for feedback to leadership.
  • Schedule and deliver Business Reviews to prove ROI and support renewals/expansion.

🎯 Requirements

  • Customer-facing CS/CS-related experience.
  • BS/CS with 4+ years as CSM or TAM in enterprise software.
  • Experience with international enterprise customers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication.
  • 2+ years Java or other language; Go/Python/Groovy a plus; Docker/K8s a plus.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary is one component of compensation.
  • Base salary range: $130,000-$155,000 based on skills/location.
  • Hybrid work: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
