- Customer-facing CS/CS-related experience.
- BS/CS with 4+ years as CSM or TAM in enterprise software.
- Experience with international enterprise customers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication.
- 2+ years Java or other language; Go/Python/Groovy a plus; Docker/K8s a plus.

- Base salary is one component of compensation.
- Base salary range: $130,000-$155,000 based on skills/location.
