  • Own the customer journey; drive adoption and ROI of JFrog products.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Training to define a Success Plan with metrics.
  • Use case management systems and CRMs (SFDC/JIRA) to track ROI.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge to guide customers and boost Adoption Score.
  • Schedule Business Reviews to prove ROI for renewals and expansion.
  • Drive adoption of key features to maximize ROI and retention.

🎯 Requirements

  • Customer-facing experience including crisis management and prioritization.
  • BS in CS/CE plus 4+ years as CSM or TAM for enterprise software.
  • Experience with international enterprise customers.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • 2+ years with Java or another language (Ruby/Python/Go a plus).
  • Deep understanding of dockerized apps; Kubernetes a plus.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary between $125,000 and $140,000.
  • Hybrid work: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
