📋 Description

• Lead strategic sourcing for network hardware in data center deployments.
• Build robust supplier relationships and improve supply resilience.
• Develop sourcing strategies across Connectivity, Optical and Backbone.
• Conduct competitive analyses on emerging tech and market trends.
• Lead negotiations, RFQs/RFPs, and master supply agreements.
• Collaborate with engineering and exec leadership on roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data center, hyperscaler, cloud or AI hardware supply chain.
• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field, or Business Administration.
• Translate strategy into tangible results and drive execution.
• Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and consensus-building skills.
• Experience collaborating with internal/external partners in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Strong 'should cost' modeling and value analysis.
