🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering sourcing experience
- Proven success sourcing Product & Design roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication; represent Zip's story
- Highly proactive and solutions-oriented in ambiguous startup environments
- Detail-oriented and organized; manage multiple requisitions and priorities
- Strong experience with ATS platforms; Ashby experience preferred
