📋 Description

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to articulate role impact.
• Build diverse pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, internal pools, events, referrals.
• Conduct targeted outreach and manage early-stage candidate engagement.
• Share talent market insights to inform sourcing strategy.
• Use data to track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and trends.
• Role based in Toronto with in-person work 3 days/week.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing experience focused on technical or engineering roles.
• Experience sourcing for Infrastructure Engineering roles or ability to ramp quickly in a new domain.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates using structured search.
• Collaborate across levels with clear, thoughtful communication.
• Commitment to an inclusive, candidate-first experience.
• Experience with ATS recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Gem, ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter).
