🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years engineering sourcing experience
- Proven success sourcing for Backend/Frontend/Fullstack, Data, ML, and DevOps roles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented in a fast-moving startup
- Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple requisitions
- Strong experience with ATS platforms; Ashby experience preferred
