🎯 Requirements

2+ years in Talent Sourcing, tech pipelines (SWE, data, PM)
Demonstrated tech sourcing for high-volume startup
Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sourcing metrics
Excellent research and sourcing skills focused on quality
