Collaborate with external and internal engineers, PMs, and managers to fix bugs.
Coordinate bug fixes and enhancements with Product Managers; align with partner needs.
Maintain internal and customer-facing docs (how-tos and knowledge base articles).
Monitor FTK services on a fixed cadence to prevent downtime.

🎯 Requirements

General knowledge of Python, Go, and TypeScript.
2+ years full-stack software development (Python/Go/TypeScript preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of the SDLC life cycle.
2+ years experience using, querying, and debugging APIs and SQL.
Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.
