π― Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (solutions/controls)
- Strong understanding of industrial automation tech and workflows
- Experience with Rockwell Studio 5000, Siemens TIA Portal, or equivalent
- Comfortable presenting live demos to varied technical audiences
- Run structured discovery and strong technical follow-up questions
- Explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively
- Navigate complex stakeholder groups (controls, IT, cybersecurity, leadership)
- Excellent communication skills and technical intuition
- Experience cross-functional with Product, Engineering, and Sales
