📋 Description

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for OXOS customers.
  • Collaborate with clinic staff, physicians, hospital IT, and distributors.
  • Take full ownership of technical issues from initial contact to resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues remotely; on-site support when needed.
  • Build tools to automate troubleshooting and improve scalability.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 years in technical support, applications engineering, field service, or similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Eng, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
  • Networking and IT architecture: subnetting, VLANs, firewalls, protocols.
  • Python (strong) and Bash; Linux operating systems.
  • DICOM/HL7/PACS or healthcare interoperability standards.
  • SQL or JSON for data analysis; scripting; AI/ML tooling for workflows.
