Own and maintain master utility and facility sheet with stakeholder inputs.
Develop and manage the master site plan; forecast multi-year growth.
Drive high-level land planning and usage strategies to optimize campus expansion.
Build relationships with local government officials, landowners, and stakeholders.
Partner with Government Affairs to expedite regulatory approvals.
ITAR requirements: US citizen/national or eligible for authorizations.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Urban Planning.
5+ years in site planning, facilities management, or infrastructure project management; travel up to 10%.
Advanced degree (MBA/Master’s) or PMP certification.
Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, or site modeling tools.
Strong PM skills; experience with MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet.
Familiarity with Texas land use regulations and permitting processes.
