Implement C&C products for Bazaarvoice clients.
Manage deliverables and timelines for technical projects.
Provide technical consulting and support for Bazaarvoice C&C products and services.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve bugs and provide feature input.
Develop and execute queries on datasets using SQL and REST web services.
Develop tooling to automate tasks, perform data analysis, and maintain documentation.

🎯 Requirements

1+ years in IT supporting software/SaaS client products.
Fluent English skills.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Scripting experience (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Bash).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
