  • Develop and maintain understanding of impact.com products and platform.
  • Design, implement, and support technical integrations across the platform.
  • Partner with Onboarding, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of client technical issues from investigation to resolution.
  • Manage incoming technical requests through ticketing systems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify emerging issues and communicate trends and risks to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Tech-focused, customer-facing role in digital marketing or tech company.
  • Strong understanding of designing, implementing, and supporting SaaS solutions.
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, FTP, and related tools.
  • Ability to analyze logs and data to troubleshoot issues, including SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing or broader digital marketing ecosystem is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
  • Self-starter with curiosity and willingness to learn and improve.
