📋 Description

  • Build deep understanding of impact.com's platform and capabilities.
  • Design, implement, and support technical SaaS solutions.

  • Own client technical issues from initial investigation through resolution.
  • Manage incoming technical requests via ticketing in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in a tech-focused role at a digital marketing or tech company.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS design, implementation, and support.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, FTP.
  • Ability to analyze logs and data to troubleshoot issues, including SQL queries.
  • Excellent English communication and customer-centric approach.
