- Troubleshoot holistically: app -> DB -> storage; TCP/IP on OS/Hypervisor.
- Cloud stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP); NAS/SAN/local storage; multi-pathing; Git/Kubernetes familiarity.
- MongoDB experience preferred; NoSQL/SQL development; LDAP/Kerberos/AD; release processes.
