📋 Description

• Advise customers on MongoDB; solve problems across server, drivers, cloud, and infra
\n
• Work with customers' architecture, performance, recovery, and security use cases
\n
• Expert on MongoDB ecosystem; advocate for customer needs with product and dev teams
\n
• Contribute to internal projects; develop tooling for performance, benchmarking, diagnostics
\n
• Mentor and ramp new team members; build knowledge of new product lines
\n
• Support MongoDB deployments at scale across FedRAMP environments
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• Systems engineering: Linux performance, memory, I/O, configuration, security, networking, clusters, troubleshooting
\n
• Networking concepts: DNS, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS
\n
• Storage engineering: NAS, SAN, SSD, multi-pathing, caching
\n
• Experience building/maintaining complex production database systems
\n
• Code/scripting: Java, Python, Ruby, C, C++, C#, JavaScript/Node.js, Go
\n
• Broad awareness of workloads: performance, availability, scalability
\n
