📋 Description

  • Provide first-class support for Ripple customers using our payments software.
  • Coordinate with Ripple Engineering to fix, reproduce, and resolve issues.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues; identify root causes across product/data/network.
  • Lead production support configurations to reduce service interruption risk.
  • Collaborate with engineering/product to fix issues, release patches, and install in customer environments.
  • Coach customers on standard methodologies for Ripple technology.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in transaction processing systems.
  • Strong ownership and customer-first mindset.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making in demanding situations.
  • Deep understanding of payment flows and cross-border processing.
  • Knowledge of databases, firewalls, load balancers, proxies, and servers.
  • Strong collaboration with product/engineering teams and customers.
