Troubleshoot break-fix: performance tuning, backups, migrations, DBA tasks.
Drive customer satisfaction by tracking issues from start to closure.
Monthly Customer Review engagements to foster stronger technical relations.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of PostgreSQL DBA experience in a 24x7 production environment
1+ Year of Customer Ownership
BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
Experience architecting a large-scale production Oracle to Postgres migrations
Expertise with Postgres system metrics and optimization strategies
Familiarity with system level metrics and practical use of common Linux utilities
