- Work with go-to-market teams to showcase Deel platform and win technical deals.
- Consult with prospects to assess processes, gaps, and propose future-state solutions.
- Be the technical voice during sales cycles: discovery, RFPs, demos, and workshops.
- Translate customer requirements into solution designs and implementation recommendations.
- Partner with Product/Engineering/Operations to advocate for prospects and speed deals.
- Develop and maintain technical enablement assets (demo narratives, reference architectures, FAQs).
๐ฏ Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant (or equivalent).
- Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles (mid-market/enterprise).
- Strong SaaS delivery know-how and common integrations (APIs, SSO/SAML, HRIS/ERP).
- Comfortable leading technical conversations with IT, Security, Ops, Finance, HR, and leaders.
- Willingness to travel inside and outside territory (~10%).
