๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Work with go-to-market teams to showcase Deel platform and win technical deals.
  • Consult with prospects to assess processes, gaps, and propose future-state solutions.
  • Be the technical voice during sales cycles: discovery, RFPs, demos, and workshops.
  • Translate customer requirements into solution designs and implementation recommendations.
  • Partner with Product/Engineering/Operations to advocate for prospects and speed deals.
  • Develop and maintain technical enablement assets (demo narratives, reference architectures, FAQs).

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant (or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles (mid-market/enterprise).
  • Strong SaaS delivery know-how and common integrations (APIs, SSO/SAML, HRIS/ERP).
  • Comfortable leading technical conversations with IT, Security, Ops, Finance, HR, and leaders.
  • Willingness to travel inside and outside territory (~10%).
