- Partner with Account Executives and channel sales partners to develop technical solution designs, product recommendations, and accurate pricing proposals.
- Lead technical consultations, product demonstrations, deep-dive presentations, and customer discovery discussions.
- Analyze customer operational and technical environments to develop precise system designs, layouts, and supporting documentation.
- Serve as the internal and external authority on company products, services, and technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, accurately scoped, and compliant with organizational standards.
- Prepare and review technical specifications, Statements of Work (SOWs), RFPs, and related sales and implementation documentation.
π― Requirements
- At least three years sales engineering or technical sales experience.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to demonstrate technical topics with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deep familiarity with video surveillance, access control, gate operators, and physical security technologies.
- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and competing demands simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Visio (or similar tools).
