📋 Description

• Screen CVs and evaluate candidates against role and values.
• Lead sourcing campaigns to engage candidates across pipelines and geographies.
• Educate candidates on AlphaSights opportunities and ensure a positive experience.
• Own end-to-end recruiting: attraction, selection, contracts, and checks.
• Partner with Technology & Strategy leaders to align hires with our philosophy.
• Collaborate on ad-hoc projects to drive process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials.
• 1–2 years recruiting experience.
• Highly driven and proactive with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Meticulous with obsessive attention to detail and methodical work.
• Adaptable and flexible, able to iterate recruiting approaches.
