📋 Description

• Full-desk recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding for mission-critical roles.
• Represent SpaceX professionally as first point of contact for candidates.
• Collaborate with client groups; balance autonomy with teamwork.
• Manage day-to-day: hiring priorities, candidate pipeline, and candidate experience.
• Conduct candidate tours and participate in onsite interviews with clients.
• Lead offers: background checks, offer packages, and letters.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree +1+ yr recruiting, or Associate +2 yrs, or 3+ yrs recruiting in lieu.
• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of SGA recruiting experience.
• In-house recruiting experience.
• High-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineers.
