🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree and/or 1-5 years IT staffing/recruitment experience.
Proficient in interviewing, candidate assessment, and closing roles.
Familiar with Bullhorn and ATS/CRM systems for recruiting.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
