- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting.
- 2+ years recruiting Hardware-focused roles.
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable interfacing with hiring managers, including executive leadership.
- Able to multitask and operate independently while collaborating.
