🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting.
  • 2+ years recruiting Hardware-focused roles.
  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable interfacing with hiring managers, including executive leadership.
  • Able to multitask and operate independently while collaborating.
