- 5-8+ years of experience in technical recruiting for high-volume teams
- Strong understanding of technical roles, languages, frameworks, and practices
- Proven ability to manage 15+ open requisitions simultaneously with quality
- Highly organized self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization
- Comfortable working independently and driving results with minimal direction
- Transparent, candid, and consultative with internal stakeholders and candidates
