• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting for Engineering and Data roles.
• High-velocity, high-volume recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing fundamentals; Boolean logic across platforms.
• End-to-end hiring processes: kickoff, sourcing, interviews, offers, closing.
• Comfort with structured processes and evaluation frameworks.
• Clear communicator with strong follow-through; bonus: Ashby experience.
